Wedding Refund Guarantee

At Stilz Fotografika, we like to ensure that every wedding album is unique and reflects the true essence of each individual client. To do this, we require the client’s valuable input and only progress to the execution of prints and album on the client’s approval. 

However, if at the time of original viewing of your wedding proofs, you are not entirely happy with your wedding photography, we will issue you with a full 100% refund* of all fees paid to our studio, no questions asked and no hard feelings.
(*all proofs are to be retained by the studio, if proofs are accepted by client, the guarantee will be void.)

Also, if when collecting your wedding album you are not entirely happy with the way it looks, maybe because a particular print looks different to how you imagined it or because you no long like a particular matting sequence, Stilz Fotografika will make any necessary changes relating to the prints or mats contained within the album to ensure you are satisfied.

If after the rework you are still not entirely happy with your wedding photography, we will issue you with a full 100% refund* of all fees, again no questions asked and no hard feelings.
(*all materials produced from the wedding will be retained by the studio, including proofs, enlarged prints, album, negatives and digital files. If these are accepted by the client, the guarantee will be void.)

Portrait Refund Guarantee

If at the time of original viewing of your portrait proofs you are not entirely satisfied Stilz Fotografika will re-shoot your portraits free of charge.

If you are still not satisfied with the re-shoot results, we will refund* the full portrait shoot sitting fee, no questions asked and no hard feelings.
(*all proofs are to be retained by the studio, if proofs are accepted by client, the guarantee will be void.)
